Sorry everyone for lack of updates. Thing is I have new priorities and I can't spend time writing on this blog. I don't even like to write :P and therefore it's tough to get my thoughts down in words on paper in a proper manner so that others can understand what's being said. I will leave my posts up and the links for anyone that comes across them. I know that this content, though it's not much, can help others start changing their lives for the better.

Attitude of Gratitude!
Wow! Time sure does fly. 10 minutes ago I found out what I was
going to write about next. It just came to me.
It is Gratitude.
They say having an attitude of gratitude is how you live a life of abundance! I
don't know who they is but it's a very important factor in living a fun, happy
and abundant life. Be grateful for your existence first off. And be grateful for
waking up in the morning knowing you are still alive. So yes the last two sentences are essentially the same thing.
From my
experience... I've met people who are just naturally grateful.. or maybe they
write in a journal everyday about what they are grateful for. Either way it
shows outwardly. You can feel it. BUT also I've met people who are negative and
complain about EVERYTHING! I know some people who find negativity to be funny
and that's all fine and dandy if it's coming from a light hearted place but to
me it's wasted energy. How about not being negative and not complaining? The majority of these negative people live mediocre lives. They worry about everything, claim they aren't lucky enough or don't have enough, and just don't get it. Everything you have now is all you will ever need (exception of food and water.. unless you do have those :D), I guarantee it. BUT if you
want some extra things in your life like love and money then be grateful for
what you have now. Be grateful for you. Be grateful for your family. Let go of
the expectation. Let life run its course. Let life give you things J Let life
bring you happiness… I do not recommend sitting on a couch all day writing in
your gratitude journal LOL
A buddy of mine recently (5 months ago) started using the Deep Gratitude and Appreciation subliminal from Subliminal-Shop.com. He is now
getting off his psychological medication. He also told me that his breathing
deepened and became slower because he started thinking a lot less and living in
the moment. Listening to his heart. He then started using Everything is Possible subliminal and literally found his calling over night. He began

issues in my leg and my arm. The arm thing developed long before and I thought
it was my desk job and working on the computer all the time. It could be part
of the problem but the main problem also is I didn’t feel good about anything
really. I was just getting all stressed out. I’d have my great and good days
but challenging days as well. This resulted in a lot of tension and
stress that my body was not used to and the only other way it could handle it
is by telling me something. One of the biggest factors of the past week to my
fast healing is being grateful for my existence. My apartment. My bed. The free
chicken salad sandwich I got today at the local organic market ;) (free things
are fun). It’s just a chain reaction of amazing events. I highly recommend
starting a gratitude log to anyone. Now, I've found some balance and enjoy my job again. It's all about perspective. If you don’t have much time on your
hands and are a busy man/woman/boy/girl.. get your hands on the Deep Gratitude and Appreciation subliminal. Just play it while you sleep. J

Make yourself and setting the example
As you know our thoughts are a huge part of what we are. Or did you know that? What you may not know is that our subconscious mind is very literal and whatever you say to yourself and how it makes you feel will only attract things that are in the same vibration-al (is that a word?) frequency as your thoughts are.
For example, whatever makes you feel good is sure to bring you more good feelings and possibly physical positive manifestations if you choose. Positive thoughts have a different frequency than negative thoughts do. Negative thoughts usually lead to negative feelings which is why we consider them negative. But these thoughts are very real and you are in the process of creating something through your thoughts. If it's something physical you might physically manifest pain along the way in a short period of time depending on what it is. Mostly it would be something small. And if you think of something good and it makes you feel good you are only creating something great for yourself. All the time. So get rid of that negativity.
I like to set the example nowadays. I never used to take it seriously but I do now. I don't take life seriously anymore but what's important to me now is setting the example for other human beings. If you feel good all the time it's hard not to set the example for others. Tip your waitress, open the doors for others, even thank the janitors for all their hard work. I actively preach "Do what you want to do!" but do what you feel is right and what will help you and others in the best way possible. I like to say to myself these days "I will always leave things better than I found them and that goes for everything."
I'm not telling you to do any of these things but I'm just here to let you know if you don't already do this you will be helping yourself by doing them. I'm no master.. I'm just a friend here to spread the word. I thought of this subject while at work and figured I'd write up something about positive thinking and being the example for others. If you have any suggestions or questions feel free to leave some comments. In the mean time I'd like to share with you this nice product from the Subliminal Shop!

My stress relieving technique
I think stress is tension that builds up throughout the day.
There is physical stress and there is mental stress. I want to focus on mental
stress in this post.
Believe it or not there are people out there that know how
to handle stress very well and then there are those that fall victim to their
stress induced thoughts and just have emotional break downs.
Whatever is stressing you out couldn’t be the worst thing
that could happen to you. I always like to remember there are starving children
in Africa. When I remember that (I send all my love to them) I have nothing to
ever complain or worry about, and stress over. Sure it sounds so easy to
remember that fact but to actually stop being stressed out is a different
story.
I still get stressed from time to time and sometimes it can
be overwhelming. Are you stressed about something right now? Whatever it is it
probably doesn’t mean a whole lot.. or I could be wrong. It could be your wedding,
a close relative is sick, or your cat just died. Just remember “It’s all going
to be ok.”
I like to sit outside and take a deep breath of fresh air. I
recommend finding a quiet place so you can hear your thoughts. Then, you want
to erase those thoughts! How do I erase those thoughts you might ask? Simple. Concentrate
on your breathing. This is the basic technique I use all the time to relieve
myself of unwanted stress. I take several deep breaths until my whole body is
relaxed and then I continue concentrating on my deep breathing for however long
I want to concentrate. The key is to silence your mind. This is the most basic
of meditations.
When you breathe you must focus intently on only your
breathing to silence the mind. And most importantly you have to breathe a
specific way. I can almost guarantee you have no idea what I’m talking about
unless you are a message therapist, yoga instructor or meditate often. First,
you want to concentrate on your stomach. Inhale from your center (groin) up to
the abdomen. The lower parts of your lungs are now filled with air. Next,
continue to breathe the air up into your chest. As you do this your solar
plexus should expand outward in your front and your sides. Finally, fill your
lungs up full of air all the way to the top until your chest protrudes outwards
as much as possible. Release. This is a full breath. Usually you want to inhale
for 4 seconds and exhale for 7 seconds. Take your time. You can close your eyes
while you do this, too. When I do this it makes me feel fantastic!
It sounds real boring at first… but the overall goal of
meditation is to reach a state of pure bliss. At least that’s what I think of
it. There are so many different meditation techniques out there that do
different things though, it’s hard to say that the only goal of meditation is
to reach a state of pure joy and euphoria. But it sounds pretty good
regardless. Just keep this in mind when you are doing these exercises. You may
think breathing like this is stupid or it’s not going to do anything but trust
me. If you’ve never done this before I’ve just changed your life. I don’t mean
to brag or anything. :P You must be open to the exercise. It can help you live
better and be mindful of the present. This is also a natural remedy for all
sickness as this increases your immune system. I still strongly recommend getting medical help if you need it for whatever reason!
My final advice is to do this daily at least 2 or 3 times a day for several minutes each. Or if you like it so much just meditate all day!

I hope this helps. I rarely get stressed anymore
because the help of this technique, meditation and usage of various subliminals

I want to clear something up.
I would like to make note that I removed my testimonials
because they offended a loved one. If they've offended anyone else.. it's
unfortunate you feel that way and hopefully it didn't affect you and your
emotions too much. It is not the intent of this blog to offend. It's here to
inspire people to change their lives if they so choose for the better (if you
are someone who is working on self improvement). I feel my purpose is to help
set the example. That's to set the example for others to live by. Not saying my
way of life is the way to live.. it’s your choice. I embrace the values that
every human being should value to create the best and most enjoyable life for themselves,
everybody and everything around them on this earth. For me, that means I've
got to continue to forgive myself and forgive others but also do things right
by me and for my success and encourage and love other's successes; most
importantly to respect, be considerate, honest, passionate, have compassion, be
grateful, happy, fun, empathetic, and forgiving. Peace
and love everyone. Oh yea.. have a sense of humor and be sarcastic once in
while. Don’t take life to seriously.

1. "Don't do
things in order to get something."
I used to do this
alot and I would always negotiate with people when they'd ask for favors like
if I do this you owe me this blah blah. This may have started because if I had
asked for a favor someone would do the same thing to me and way back in the day
I was heavily influenced by others and didn't carry many morals or core values.
It's very empowering if you just do something because you want to help that
person. I personally love helping others in any way I can and now I don't
expect anything in return. Talk about a good way to create good Karma BUT I
don't try to. It's just a part of me now. Take those steps to becoming a great
person and help someone out today or at least one person this week. I try to do
one good deed a day and I encourage you to do the same as well.
2. "Do
things because you want to do them."
Don't do things
in order to get something. Do things only if you want to do them. Don't do something
someone asks you to do if you don't want to do it. That's just stupid. Unfortuanly
in the work environment if you boss asks you to do something you can't really say
no. BUT if they TELL you to do something then of course you can. No one can
tell you what to do and always remember that.
3."Be the
change you want to see in the world." - Gandhi
You get what you
give. Don't ever take anything unless you've rightfully earned it on your own
time and you've put the effort towards getting that something. It's ok to be
selfish but do not sabotage anybody else's success for your own. Unless you are
a cold son of a bitch. Whether you believe this or not.. you will always get
what you give. If you want respect you give respect when people earn it ALWAYS.
If you do not want to be judged then never judge someone ever. If you want to
be loved always love 24/7 365 days out of the year. I know some of this is hard
for people because of certain issues that have developed because of past
experiences but this can all change if you just think about this quote and be
what you want everyone else to be. SET THE EXAMPLE. That's what I do and I just
want to encourage you to do it to. If you want to change your life for the
better.. this is a great start. :) Don't waste your time thinking about hating someone or being envious of someone else. You aren't doing yourself any good it's the worst way you could possibly waste your time. Go play a video game or paint your nails instead!
4. "Love

This is very much
related to Gandhi's quote. But what stands out about this quotation is
"without any attachment or expectation." This means again do not do
things in order to get something. Have some faith and know everythings going to
be fine. If you want to help an old lady cross the street do it because you
want to. If you want to help a girl wash her car or move her furniture do it..
out of the goodness of your heart. But
if you do not want to do it, DON'T DO IT. If you like that girl over there at
the bar you can always take your time to work your way over to her and strike
up a conversation. Just enjoy her company for who she is without expecting
anything in return. And only do it if you want to do it. I'm sure you get the
idea. This is the start of creating miracles in your life. That's right,
miracles.
5. "Be your
true self and show others the light in this dark world."
Simply smile and
say Hello to everyone you make eye contact with. Again if this is the change
you want to see in the world. ;) And most importantly be honest with yourself
and others 100% of the time. Lieing will get you no where in life. Some people
will disagree but they probably don't have much love in their life anyways.
It's unfortunate.

Anxiety is a pain in the a$$!
I hear ya. And, as a previous chronic sufferer of anxiety here's what I have to say about it:
Anxiety is no fun but you can get rid of it. Depending on how bad your anxiety is whatever it may be whether it's dealing with relationships or stress related to your job and other activities, it can take time to totally annihilate this horrible burden. We all change at our own pace but if you get started focusing on this issue now you can fix the issue sooner rather than later.
** Feel free to skip the next paragraph if you know what causes your anxiety or what many forms of anxiety can be caused by. **
Anxiety is related to a lot of things that you can figure out for yourself (google) but one thing that causes it is wanting to get something or a specific outcome out of something else or someone. This is a bad way of thinking. Another phrase for anxiety is "being anxious". You can come of up with a great idea and then start thinking about the future and how great your idea or invention will be to the world and how much money you will make. Also anxiety can be caused by thinking about the past and events that have happened in the past like maybe a horrible break up or you losing your job. I hope you understand a little now that thinking too far ahead in the future or thinking back into the past can cause anxiety. When you think about the past most people don't think about the good things and dwell on the bad things which is also a bad way of thinking. Or when people get anxious about their new idea and what the future holds for it.. they began taking huge steps and can overwhelm themselves in turn causing more anxiety and stress (more on this some other time). On some level one way or another we have all done this in the past.
For me, my anxiety was caused by this irrational thinking process I had about how I was not good enough or just good enough to get by with all things in life such as women, work related activities, even my own hobbies. Also from past experiences with certain family members by putting too much expectation on me then getting angry at me and me not having the strength to stand up to them and tell them how it is. I can blame myself for this too because I actually felt like I had to lie which may have also had a big part in building up this anxiety in my chest where my tension was mostly kept (tension and anxiety builds up all over the body and in specific places depending on the person).
Now, I feel like the main cause of anxiety is the fear of not getting something.
The best way I have found to cure anxiety is to be in the present moment. Meaning.. you aren't really thinking about anything except admiring the beauty of the here and now. This is a very foreign concept to many but everyone has the capability of enjoying the now. This is pure bliss ladies and gentlemen. The key to this is to hold on to nothing but enjoy and love everything. In the third paragraph I may have gone off on a tangent but being in the moment allows you to do what you feel you need to do now. If you are hungry you will go eat.. if you want to be outside you will be outside.. if you want to open that new business you take the necessary first steps (baby steps) to making that business a reality. You do what needs to be done now. And what is great about it.. by being in the moment you are not worried about what happened to you in the past nor how things will end up in the future. Again this is a foreign concept for many and does not come easy but this in turn will cure what ever anxiety you have hanging over your shoulders. For the record I still experience very mild anxiety here and there. I myself am only half of what the title is of this site but I strive for the best and want to make people happy. I enjoy people and everything now as much as I know how I can while doing everything I can to be in the moment, doing what I want to do, what I need to do now.. with no regrets.
I have some suggestions for helping you take those first steps to getting rid of your anxiety forever.
- Affirmations
- Pranayama
- Meditation
- Subliminals

I am so grateful for the Alpha Male 6 stage set!
You may be wondering what the hell I am talking about. But remember what I said in my last post about www.subliminal-talk.com ? Yea.. I don't remember either but you should know this website is the greatest website in the world. Here's why: Subliminals work and I use them and have been for almost 2 years now. I want to dedicate this post to my testimonial I posted on the forum over at Subliminal-Talk. Without further ado... here is my Alpha Male 2010 six stage set testimonial:
Before starting alpha I had a couple of problems with my self image and those have been cleared up because I’ve finally accepted who I am and I’m incredibly unique. That’s why I think some people look up to me and enjoy being around me.
Now adays I enjoy spending some quality alone time with myself and thoughts.. most thoughts anyways. Before If I was alone and just surfing the internet with nothing to do.. no homework or anything.. I would just try to be with people but for the wrong reasons. Sometimes I wouldn’t consider other people’s time and what they did with it. I was a distraction for my friends but they were also a distraction to me when I needed time alone. It was a cycle between us but now I can be comfortable doing the things I need to do alone and not be concerned about missing out on anything. What was I missing out on before anyways? Absolutely nothing. It’s hard to believe it took me so long to realize this.
I also had a lot of trouble letting things go in the past. Negative people seemed to be a huge part of my life but I had a decent balance of positive people as well. However it was harder to stick around with them because I used to bring people down. These days I’m more optimistic.. and sometimes negative but usually catch myself and just say whatever and let it go. I like to linger in the positive and really experience it whatever it may be whether it’s a conversation, a joke, or shared smile between one person and another.
I used to be the one seeking approval but now everyone seeks my approval and I usually give it to them… if they truly deserve it. I’m just a nice compassionate guy like that. I want to make people feel good about themselves and help out when I can.. if they deserve it. One thing I don’t like now is when I speak up if someone isn’t listening to me or they speak over me.. I will call them out on it or I will immediately stop talking and look away and close off from a group (if more than one person has ignored me) This has been getting me more respect as well as apologies. If it’s an important topic I’d like to discuss and I’m not acknowledged I leave the group physically and mentally. So there is a good balance here thanks to alpha.
I won’t lie though… back in the day I’ve been called an ass hole and a meanie seriously and not as a joke. Nowadays… I’m still an ass hole and a meanie but it’s actually balanced out with realness. I can recognize people’s emotions quicker and connect with them faster so I can calibrate the situation and how I can contribute to the interaction and or help that person and not bring them down.
I used to laugh at my own jokes in order to get others to laugh… I don’t not so much anymore. I try to a little so I don’t sound completely full of it.. but sometimes I just let things go as soon as I say them and that’s why I don’t laugh and others usually laugh. This is very real in fact because I’m not one to make jokes. If someone laughs at something I said which happens a few times a day it’s just because they found truly funny. With that said I only laugh at things I actually find funny and If I believe a joke is funny that I’ve planned in that moment for that situation then I will chuckle abit. But at least I’m not tricking myself anymore.
Self control of emotions and movements has improved significantly. My choice of words and my sentence structure has improved quite nicely. I speak louder and slower… sometimes I might not make sense because sometimes I speak like Yoda. Which I think is badass and different.
But most importantly I don’t really feel like I bottle up my emotions anymore because I have the ability to let things go. I may let something affect me for a few seconds but afterwards BAM it’s gone. When I was going through stages 3 and 4 I had lots of resistance and things like somethings would bother me a good bit but I was able to let go of them within a few minutes. That in itself was a vast improvement from a year ago when I’d let things get to me for a day or two after the happening. Now it’s just like.. yea that’s what it is. I accept everything for what it is now and my indifference did something towards the end. Before I cared to much… going through the program I had some expectations and analyzed a lot of things. Now I just see things for what they are and they don’t effect me anymore so maybe that’s where the indifference comes from. I realize now finally that it’s true for me and I don’t have to pretend to not care or care anymore.
I’m much more comfortable around women. Stage 6 just completely transformed me in that department because it just annihilated my anxiety. Earlier on I would bottle it up and not feel it out but as I got through stages 5 and 6 the anxiety was so little there wasn’t much to feel out anymore but I began to finally accept that it was there and just could finally relax on it. After I did that everything was ok.
My confidence is up. I’m happy about that. People tease me a lot these days.. just as much as in the past but now it’s for different reasons. I think anyways. People are either envious of me or they are trying make themselves feel better about themselves. Back in the day it was probably just to get on my nerves and also make themselves feel good but nowadays it’s either out of envy or them trying to make themselves feel better. I am not affected by anyone’s lame ass remarks anymore. For this reason I don’t try to tease people anymore. I know girls LOVE it if it’s done the right way… but I’ve always had diffuclty in this department verbally. I sure as hell can tease them with my body language and facial expressions though.
Speaking of body language, it has improved tremendously. I have great posture. Not all the time.. such as sitting down but I’m consistently staying conscious of it. When I stand up and walk around it looks like I own the joint. I of course never think that way because that’s just very egotistical.. my swag is legit and a true part of me now.
Last but not least.. I accept everyone for who they are, their views, opinions, and morals. Sure sometimes I will get pissed off but there’s nothing I can do about it and I don’t need to let that show to others. More importantly, I accept and love myself. I mentioned that already didn’t I?
NOW, I will say a little about what I think needs to be improved. I believe leadership, decisiveness and assertiveness should be addressed directly and aggressively. I have already talked to Shannon about this. Also that thing about approaching women I find attractive and actually wanting and enjoy doing it did not happen to me. But since that was addressed I’m sure that is the main reason why I’m much more comfortable around beautiful women and my indifference skyrocketed. I don’t expect you, Shannon, to improve on this much more because this program should be more focused on making a man have a healthy view of himself, his potential, and over-all being happy. It shouldn’t focus on women at all. Maybe all that needs to be addressed is that things will happen naturally and an Alpha Male realizes this and is open to new relationships with all sorts of different people. What happens happens.. and he has fun doing it whatever he’s doing.
EDIT: I will add my procrastination has become less of a problem for me. I am more driven to get things done and on time with efficiency and quality whether it be at work or anything I do during the day. Everything I do, look at, or touch I do with passion in my eyes and full presence. That's where the drive comes from.
